40 Absolutely FREE Mini Quilt Patterns: Adorable Projects You Can Finish Fast!

| |

Mini quilts are my secret for a quilty pick-up. When I need a quick win or just want to play with a new block, a mini quilt is the perfect answer. You get all the fun of piecing with zero hassle of wrestling a giant quilt through a machine! They make sweet, heartfelt gifts, they’re perfect for decorating those weird little wall spaces that need a pop of color, and they are brilliant for practicing tricky techniques (like foundation paper piecing) without committing a year of your life.

If your fabric stash looks suspiciously like a beautiful, untouched art installation, it’s time to put those scraps to work. I’ve pulled together 40 fantastic free patterns so we can all start making some tiny quilted joy!
