Glitter Quilt Patterns are here!!!
The question I get asked the most when I show someone one of my Glitter Quilts, is ‘how did you sew all those squares together???’
I usually just wink and say, ‘I’m that good!’ But here’s the secret to the Glitter Quilts: strip piecing!
All I did was sew strips together, cut the strips into columns, and then re-arrange the columns to make gorgeous subtle or beautiful bold Glitter Blocks.
Another fantastic thing about the Glitter Quilts is that you can make them in literally any size by changing the size of the strips you cut, and therefore the size of the squares.
To make it easy for you, each of my Glitter Quilt patterns contain all the ‘quilt math’ (i.e. yardage requirements, number of strips to cut, and strip sets to sew) for making a baby quilt, throw quilt, queen sized quilt, and king quilt.
Plus I include all the help you need – design ideas, diagrams, and lots of tips – to ensure you love every quilt so much you can’t bear to give it away!
