The link to download the Optimized for Printing PDF (normally $4) for the featured tutorial will be found near the bottom of the blog post. Only SewCanShe Insiders know it’s there! If you miss a day, you’ll have to purchase the PDF from the SewCanShe shop or wait until it is featured again. No exceptions. The featured tutorial changes at midnight EST. If you can’t find the link to download the free PDF, please read these tips.

After you have signed up for my newsletter, make sure you do these things to make sure it arrives in your inbox:

  • Put the email address newsletter@sewcanshe.com on your safe list, or add that email to your address book.
  • If you don’t see my email, check your junk and promotions folders to see if the emails could be going there. Then move it to your inbox.
  • If you need to change your email address, just hit the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any email. Then come back here and enter your new email address in the box above.
  • Sometimes, people hit ‘reply’ to my newsletter and send me a snarky or rude message. In that case, I usually take a deep breath, scroll to the bottom of the email, and unsubscribe them (before deleting the rude email). If you are unexpectedly unsubscribed from my emails, that may be what happened. Answering snarky or rude emails is above my pay grade. 😊

One day I received an angry email from a reader whose email provider blocked the images in the email. I don’t know why that happened (robust security?), but if you experience that, you can always see the email I wrote by clicking the link that says ‘View our web version’ at the top of every email.
