This file contains only 12 pages. There are 9 pages with instructions and 2 pages with the pattern templates. You will still have all of the important material contained in the free blog post without any of the extras on the blog page. On page 9 you will find instructions for altering the cover to fit XL sewing and embroidery machines.
Purchasing this pattern is in no way required to complete the project. All of the instructions are contained in the blog post here.
