LITTLE DIVAS QUILT PATTERN FOR A QUEEN

Are you looking for a quilt pattern that will turn heads? Fussy cut your way to a fabulous finish with this easy queen size quilt. The big triangles on gorgeous stars with elongated points will bring attention to any print that you put in the center. This 83” x 83” quilt will dress up any room.

This pattern includes printable templates to help you cut out the triangle pieces.

My inspiration when designing this quilt was the gorgeous peony blossoms on Kaffe Fasset Collective’s Brocade Peony fabric. I had leftover 108” quilt backing fabric in this print, but there are other colorways available too in regular 44” wide yardage. If you search Google or Amazon for ‘Peony Brocade Fabric‘, you’ll see the options.

This pattern will also work with any other fabric that you want to fussy cut and highlight. You could place flowers, animals, faces, dinosaurs, or even embroidered designs in the center of the elongated stars. Or why not use leftover layer cake squares? The fussy cut squares are 6 1/2” before sewing.
