Quilt Market Video Tour – 2019

Have you ever wondered what it’s like to walk the aisles of Quilt Market in Houston Texas? Scroll down to see my video tour!

This is the biggest trade show in the quilt industry and I’m so lucky that I get to attend as a media professional (he, he – professional!). But sewing and quilting are my profession so why not?

If any of you watched my disappointing Sample Spree video and were hoping that I was able to buy some fabric the next day, well… I did!

I even got a beautiful bundle of Kaffe Fasset fat quarters for my readers – make sure you enter my next giveaway that starts on Tuesday. It could be yours! Sign up for my free newsletter so you don’t miss your chance.

There were so many things to see and wonderful friends to catch up with that it all went by like a blur.

Click the play button on the video above to see the Quilt Market Tour that my friend Heather and I made. If for some reason the video won’t play here on my blog you can see it on my YouTube channel.

I didn’t even get the chance to show you some of the fabulous quilts over at the International Quilt Show. If you are ever in Houston and have the chance to see it – please do! Even a non-quilter would love this show and learn so much about my favorite art form.

Thanks so much for reading my blog and supporting me so I can do amazing things like attending Quilt Market.

Happy quiltmaking!

xoxo,

  2. Wow! Amazing. Annie’s bags are fantastic – I recently purchased a pattern for a big travel bag. I may have bitten off more than I can chew, but having had a little practice with your tutorials, I might just have a go soon!
Love the patchwork Muscovy duck – looks just like my Duke – his ladies are different colours – but he is a handsome bird!
